Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using the GILDAM Gangneung day-trip digital guide and related services (the “Service”) provided by GILDAM (the “Company”), together with the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the user in connection with the digital content service the Company provides.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Service” means the GILDAM Gangneung day-trip digital guide: the guidebook, the illustrated map, the course calculator, and related material.
• “User” means anyone, member or non-member, who uses the Service under these terms.
• “Digital content” means material or information produced and processed in electronic form as text, figures, images, and the like.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment)

1. These terms take effect when posted on the Service.
2. The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. Amendments are announced in advance, stating the effective date and the reason.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

1. The Company grants access to the digital content once payment is complete.
2. The Service is provided year-round as a rule, but may be suspended temporarily for system maintenance, force majeure, or similar unavoidable reasons.
3. The information in the guide: opening hours, prices, whether a place is still operating: was checked directly at the time of publication. Re-check before you go; every place links out to Naver Map for that reason.

Article 5 (Use of the digital content)

1. Purchased digital content is for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2. You may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or rent the content in whole or in part without permission, and you may not share or transfer your account to anyone else.

Article 6 (Copyright)

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service and the digital content belong to the Company. You may not use them commercially, or let a third party use them, without the Company’s prior written consent.

Article 7 (Payment and refunds)

Payment and refunds are governed by the separate refund policy.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

1. The guide provides reference information for travel convenience. The Company is not liable for loss arising from changes at third-party venues: altered operating hours, price changes, or closure.
2. The Company is not liable for disruption caused by force majeure or by reasons attributable to the user.

Article 9 (Governing law and disputes)

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, the Company and the user will make a good-faith effort to resolve it. Failing agreement, jurisdiction follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
