GILDAM (the “Company”) complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and handles personal data as set out below.

※ Sales and payment happen on external marketplaces such as Etsy and Kmong. The Company does not collect or store card numbers or any other payment credentials. Payment data is handled under that platform’s own privacy policy.
※ The Company collects only what the Service needs. Because this is digital content, we do not collect postal address, phone number, date of birth, or gender.
As a rule, data is destroyed without delay when you close your account. Korean law requires the following to be retained for a set period.

The Company transfers personal data abroad as set out below, to run the Service and analyse usage. You may refuse the transfer, in which case the related feature may be unavailable. Choosing ‘decline’ on the cookie notice prevents the analytics transfer entirely.

The Company uses cookies for convenience and analysis. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) run only if you choose ‘accept’ on the notice shown on your first visit; choosing ‘decline’ means the analytics tool never loads. You can reverse the choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Analytics collects usage statistics that do not identify you individually (visits, referral source, page views, device type). Usage records for logged-in members, such as opening the guide or using the calculator, are processed to improve the Service and for statistics. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then be limited.
